What Drives Us
Our vision is to cultivate a soft landing for the soul — a safe, inclusive, and inspired environment where everyone is welcome to express, restore, and recharge. THE Harmony House is both a sanctuary and a stage: a place where creativity meets community, where every muse can rest deeply, dream freely, and reconnect with their inner rhythm.

Natalie Taveras Rosario (NaT Rosario)
Founder & Creative Muse, Mindful Muses
NaT Rosario is a proud maker and a loud shaker. She believes the worlds we imagine can change how we see ourselves—and how we live together. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with Dominican roots, she is a storyteller, scenic designer, and motivational muse who loves encouraging others to live authentically and create boldly.
For more than 20 years, NaT built worlds for the theatre with her hands, her mind, and her whole imagination. Eventually, she began to wonder what it would feel like to give that same creative attention to her inner life. Her search for a deeper connection to herself led her to spirituality, meditation, and sound. She went on to train in ritual practices, mindful gatherings and circles, resonant sound practices, gong, and drumming.
Mindful Muses and The Harmony House took shape during that journey. Mindful Muses is a collective where women can bring their gifts, tell their stories, learn from one another, and make something new together. NaT brings her commitment to rest, joy, truth, social justice, and the liberation of women to the spaces she creates.
NaT believes each person carries gifts the world needs. Her gatherings offer a chance to pause, listen inward, and discover what feels true. From that place of restoration, people can bring their gifts back to their relationships, creative work, and communities—and find the energy to create a bolder, braver world together.
When she isn’t gathering Muses, playing music, or dreaming up new experiences, you’ll find Professor Rosario roaming the halls of Barry University, where she teaches as an Assistant Professor of Technical Theatre. There, she empowers the next generation of creators to discover their gifts, trust their ideas, and bring them into the world. Whether in the classroom, with the Muses, or in her own creative practice, NaT is always making room for authenticity, transformation, and expansion.
